SAPM, Chinese ambassador discuss trade, investment and the role of media in promoting initiatives under CPEC.
Following Chinese Premier Li Qiang’s recent visit to Pakistan, a constructive meeting took place between China’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Jiang Zaidong, and Fahd Haroon, Minister of State and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Digital Media, accompanied by their respective teams.
The discussion focused on the role of media and digital outreach in promoting significant initiatives under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
Key points of the meeting included opportunities to boost trade, investment, and regional peace and security, along with areas of mutual interest aimed at further strengthening the bilateral relationship.
Haroon conveyed his gratitude for the ambassador’s gracious invitation to China and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to its lasting friendship with China.
