On the evening of October 20th, Tang Int’l, a Chinese education technology company, sent 22 students from three technical institutes in Sindh to China for a year of study in various disciplines, free of cost.
Mansoor Siddiqui, the Regional Head of Tang Int’l, explained that nine students from the Government Monotechnic Institute in Mehrabpur, specializing in Electrical Automation Technology, will complete their third year at Yantai Vocational College in China.
Furthermore, 12 students from the Government Polytechnic Institute in Sukkur, pursuing Water Conservancy and Hydropower Construction Engineering, will spend a year at Guizhou Vocational and Technical College of Water Resources and Hydropower.
One student from the Government Polytechnic Institute in Dadu, studying Computer Information Technology, will attend Hebei Vocational College of Politics and Law.
These students have already completed two years of education in Pakistan through Tang’s Sino-Pak dual diploma program, and their accommodation, meals, and tuition will be fully covered by the Chinese host institutions.
