 Pak-China Companies Collaborate to Advance New Building Materials

Guangzhou, Oct. 13 – In Guangzhou, China, a Pakistani delegation, led by Shahid Firoz, the representative of Pakistan Arfeen Group and vice chairman of Belt and Road Development Company, recently visited Hydro-Blok Company to discuss deepening China-Pakistan cooperation in the building material industry. During the visit, Chen Yuwei, chairman of Hydro-Blok Company, introduced their core product, the polymerized quartz board, which is known for its waterproof, heat insulation, zero deformation, and environmental-friendly properties and is widely used in prefabricated buildings globally.

Shahid Firoz highlighted Arfeen’s accomplishments in green building and introduced Envicrete, one of Pakistan’s largest manufacturers of precast concrete products, as a subsidiary of Arfeen. He expressed his anticipation of a collaborative effort with Hydro-Blok Company to further enhance the construction industry in both China and Pakistan.

Hydro-Blok Company and Arfeen have agreed to pool their resources, knowledge, and expertise in building materials to jointly develop and manufacture high-quality new building materials.
